Problems opening files in Outlook 2000.
If you are having problems opening files in Outlook make sure to delete the Outlook Secure Temporary Files. They can be a pain to find however. The directory that holds them in Outlook 2000 & 2003 is: C:\Documents and Settings\%username%\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\OLK”followed by numbers” The OLK will be followed by a series of numbers.
